Custom business software, built for SMEs.
Your ERP, your CRM or your back office, built around your processes. Every system ships with Agent John: your team describes a change in plain language, and it reaches production after your review.
The business software your team opens every day.
Back office and ERP
Orders, stock, scheduling, invoicing: one tool instead of a stack of spreadsheets.
Custom CRM
Your customers, quotes and follow-ups, mapped to your own sales stages.
Quotes and documents
Quotes, job invoices and reports generated straight from your data, as PDFs.
Built-in agents
An agent that triages requests, drafts a quote or summarizes a file, always with a human approval step.
Software that grows with your business, not against it.
Custom isn't always the right answer. Here's how we decide together, during scoping.
Every system ships with an agent that keeps it evolving.
Your team describes a change inside the application, in plain language. Three agents with separate permissions handle it, on whichever model provider fits the task, and nothing reaches production without your approval.

A custom ERP replacing a no-code tool that had outgrown its limits.
This French distributor runs two logistics platforms and two business models: stockist and commission sales agent. Its no-code tool slowed down with volume, fit both models poorly, and gave no consolidated view of revenue or margin. We built its ERP from scratch.
- Stock tracked by purchase unit (kilos, rolls, pieces), at weighted-average cost
- Two order paths: from stock, or direct from the factory with automatic supplier order consolidation
- Quotes, order acknowledgments, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes, in compliant continuous numbering
- Sales rep commissions calculated once an order is invoiced and shipped
- A live dashboard: revenue, margin, order book, aged receivables
Custom business software: your questions.
How much does custom software cost?
Most of our projects run between €15,000 and €40,000, depending on scope. The quote is fixed, after a scoping call.
Do I need a written spec before contacting you?
No. We write it with you during scoping. If you want a head start, our estimate tool produces a first draft.
Who owns the software?
You do. The source code, the database and every deliverable belong to you.
Who hosts and maintains it?
We do, by default, on infrastructure you choose. Your change requests go through Agent John.
Describe the tool your team needs.
We get back to you with an initial read on your request and a date for a scoping call.
